The harmony of science and practice can provide enormous success and efficiency in any area. For the same reason, working with soil and getting them covered with the earth requires a great deal of expertise and knowledge. On December 25, 2018 the senior lecturer B. Matyakubov and associate professor K.Kamilov, Ministry of Water Resources and Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in the framework of the "National Water Management Project in Uzbekistan", in the Syrdarya region, for the implementation of measures for preparation of irrigated lands for the 2019^th  harvest, salinization and land reclamation, with a lecture at the workshop.

The exhibition was attended by more than 100 specialists, including Ministry of Water Resources, ITC and Meliorative Expedition Officers of the Republic, college directors, research institutes and professors from SSC and Syrdarya region's Water Consumers Association. An exhibition seminar was held in a high level in the field of questions and answers.
