Javlonbek Kurbanbayevich Ishchanov has been working in this position since March 2024. In 2013-2023, he worked as an assistant, senior teacher, associate professor at the Department of Irrigation and Reclamation. Qoraboev Asatilla Jumadillaevich is a student of the Tashkent Institute of irrigation and melioration in 2015-2019, 2019-2021.- Master of Melioration and irrigation farming direction of the Faculty of Gidromelioration of the Tashkent Institute of irrigation and agricultural engineers, 2019-2022.- He is a programmer of the network Center for retraining and professional development of pedagogical personnel under the Tashkent Institute of irrigation and agricultural engineers, from 2022 until now he is deputy dean of the Faculty of “Gidromelorotsy” of Millay Research University of the Tashkent Institute of irrigation and agricultural engineers.

She was born in 1969 in Kamashi district of Kashkadarya region in a family of servants. In 1986 he entered Samarkand State University, Faculty of Physics, Department of General Physics, majoring in Physics, and in 1991 graduated. Since 1997, he has been working as a senior laboratory assistant at the Department of Theoretical Mechanics and Physics and Chemistry of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers, and since 2005 he has been working as a lecturer at the Department of Physics and Chemistry.

Sagdullayeva Sarvina Makhmudovna was born in 2005 in Kibrai district of Tashkent region. Unfinished higher education. From 2022, he was admitted to the ranks of the students of the "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" National Research University, currently he is a 2nd-year student of the "River and Reservoir Hydrology" undergraduate course at the Hydromelioration Faculty. To date, he is the most active participant in the "Debates" contest dedicated to World Water Day within the framework of USAID's "Water Resources and Environment" regional project. The winner of the district, regional stage and the participant of the republican stage of the successors of Mirzo Ulugbek. Recognized as the winner of the K-water contest held in 2023.
