On March 15, 2011, a group of specialists of the Ministry of Water Resources, including the Head of the Department of Land Reclamation, N.Allaberganov, and the 4th year students of the Department of Hydromelioration, attended the seminar on topic ‘Measures to Improve Land Reclamation Status’ . This workshop provided information on the methods and opportunities of applying theoretical knowledge gained by graduating students in practice.

At the same time, they discussed the skills that can be used in the 21st century in agriculture and water management. This subject has been of great interest for students, and they have been informed about what they should work to achieve a worthwhile career. At the end of the meeting the students received detailed answers to their questions.
