It is of utmost importance that the knowledge , the practical experience , and the occupation of this profession are essential for a person's place in life. It is The desire of each person to overcome the maturity stages. Vacancies were presented in 'Career Day' Fair at the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers . It employs over 5095 vacancies from organizations and enterprises in the field of construction of 146 water management, agriculture, hydroelectric power plants, electric power industry, land management, ecology and economy from all regions, towns and districts of the republic. 

In the 2018/2019 academic year, 1504 alumni of bachelor's degrees and master's degree have the opportunity to earn a job in the field of their permanent residence. The fair has created an opportunity for graduates to conclude their contracts with their employers on their specialty. Within the framework of the event, many young people have set up their workplaces, provided them with travel and mutual agreements.

Ministry of Water Resources Department of Irrigation Systems, Uzbekenergo and State Geological Movement "Davergeodezcadastre", regional and district MTPs, Ministry of Emergency Situations and Housing and Utilities Service of Uzagroservice JSC organizations, and many foreign joint ventures have been selected by talented and gifted alumni on conversations and tests. As a result of the event, more than 1,300 graduates have expressed their satisfaction with the willingness to serve in the development of Uzbekistan, embarking on a job placement in their study-oriented organizations, geographically-friendly organizations, it is obvious on the face of the student.
