The "Irrigator" club was established in the "Usage of hydromelioration systems" department, and the students of the Hydromelioration faculty study in this club. The lesson schedule of the circles is drawn up. The members of the "Irrigators" team, organized under the department, have taken 5 places in the Republican Science Olympiads, 4 times in the start-up contests for students held within the Republic, and more than 20 places in the university-wide contests . Among these competitions, "World Water Day" has a special place , in which students participate in solving water problems with their scientific and practical projects. In addition, there are programs of circles, work programs, materials for lessons, test questions. A plan of measures for working with talented students and developing the activities of the Student Scientific Society (STS) of the department has been developed. Tasks specified in the action plan are being performed on time according to the plan. Students are involved in scientific work at the department, and professors and teachers of the department are individually assigned to work with them. In particular, to the scientific research work on the topic "Organization of a low-pressure drip irrigation system in gardens and vineyards", "Development of recommendations on the creation and improvement of the map of the location of crops and the water use plan in the territory of the educational and scientific center" prof. Sherov A.G, associate professor N. Gadayev for scientific and research work on the topic "Achieving water economy in cotton irrigation through an interpolymer complex screen", research assistant A. Irismatova on the topic "Creating a water use plan", associate professor B. Amanov they lead. Students are introduced to scientific schools and activities of scientists. Creative works of students within the scope of scientific problematic topics are discussed and given relevant recommendations at Student Scientific Society. Professors and teachers of the department have been working with talented students for years. Currently, 20 talented students assigned by the initiative of the department are conducting clubs based on independent topics. Talented students assigned to the department take part in scientific-practical conferences organized in the Republic's HEIs with scientific articles and theses under the guidance of professors-teachers of the department during the reporting year and publish their scientific works. Courses start every Wednesday at 3:00 p.m.
